Marlborough & The Pewsey Vale

I moved to magical Marlborough over 20 years ago with my wife Carol and our son, Ollie, leaving behind London and the home counties for a life in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside of the Marlborough Downs and the Vale of Pewsey.  Now we also have Gracie, our daughter, and they have grown up calling this place home, and we have loved every minute.

With an emphasis on life, Marlborough and the surrounding villages offer so much and over the years we have been fortunate to get to know intimately the best walks, trails, restaurants, pubs, galleries and secret places just off the beaten track. With its proximity to the coast, the Cotswolds, Bath and London, Marlborough and the Vale of Pewsey is the most brilliantly located place in the UK but, most days, I like just staying local.

Art and Design in all its forms are a passion of mine and this extends to all aspects of property, architecture, interiors and gardens. Having attended art school in the north of England, I developed this passion whilst building a career in international media sales and marketing, which inevitably took me to London.  RHS trained in horticulture and City & Guilds qualified in garden design, I love to find the opportunity that lies within each house, the magic element that makes a house a home.

Having bought and sold city houses, a beachside apartment, listed cottages, renovation projects and a property in France, I am well versed in the difficulties that moving home can present, so my experience in handling the sales process, project managing to completion with a bespoke personal service will I hope shine through to all of my clients.  At the heart of every house move is the customer and that is something I don’t lose sight of.  I want every sale to be a joyful experience, changing the narrative of ‘moving house’ and making every step of the way stressless.
