Within a region, where we meet exceptional people who do not want to take on the full regional opportunity but have strong relationships within a significant area, we will consider working on the basis of Area territories. This would see a region split into 3 or 4 Areas.
The heartbeat of Mr & Mrs Clarke is the team of exceptional estate agents working with sellers and buyers. Property Consultants will work with a Regional Director / Area Director to gain instructions and guide their client through to completion. One of the discerningly different aspects of this role to the usual estate agent is that Property Consultants are the single point of contact for their client and a buyer. This approach makes it easier for Property Consultants to manage sales and gives them control over their earnings.

We understand that the discerning individuals with whom we want to work will be motivated by the customer experience as well as a great income. Area Directors will have exclusive selling rights in an Area and have contracts with their team of Property Consultants who will be leading the business in set areas within the area.
The opportunity allows Property Consultants to receive the biggest share of the income. This begins at 50% of the Net banked Fee and grows up to 90% as the number of exchanges increases. Area Managers will receive a substantial percentage of the fee.
The role of the Area Manager is to ensure that Property Consultants are working well and generating business and following the Mr & Mrs Clarke operation guides.
This model has been built to reward the income generators. Typically within Estate Agency, businesses commissions run at between 10 and 12% as a maximum. Our business is built based on 75% of the Net Commission that is generated being passed back to the income generators, at the entry level. This rises to 95% at the top level of activity, upon the fee being paid. 95%… We are extremely proud of this fact and we believe we have created (probably) the best income generating opportunity currently available within the UK Estate Agency market. Not only does this earnings model make us market leading in its ability for the income generator to reap the benefit of their endeavours, it further confirms that we really are Discerningly Different.
