This month, we teamed up with our friends over at The Cotswolds Distillery to kick start our new Mr and Mrs Clarke Cocktail Collection. Follow the method below to create your own Elderflower & Mint Gin Fizz and don’t forget to tag us on socials so we can see your creations!
You’ll need… Cotswolds Dry Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime juice, Mint leaves, Soda, Mint sprig and Wedge of lime.
The method:
1. In a lowball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the elderflower liqueur
2. Add the lime juice and some ice cubes
3. Pour over the gin and then top up to your liking with soda
4. Mr & Mrs Clarke like to garnish this with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of lime
