Barkened is a mix of doggy things, home wares, clothes, art, stylish magazines (they stock Cereal, Monocle and Kinfolk. Enough said) all done with a conscience.
The owners are effortlessly stylish and charming without being salesy. You just want to sit on the bench in the window, chat, be inspired, buy something and go home feeling better. Is this what the future of retail looks like?
