Joe Collier from Primeur recommends his top local food places.
Joe lives in the flat we are selling on Amhurst Road. When I found out that he was sous chef at one of my all time favourite restaurants, namely Primeur in Newington Green, I had to resist the urge for the fan boy in me to come out and bombard him with questions about the hospitality industry.
I adore restaurants, particularly the neighbourhood variety that Premiur is part of – they also operate Westerns Laundry and Jolene, two absolute cracking places to eat and enjoy the art of being looked after.
I briefly saw him last weekend before he left me to do some viewings of his home, and I manage to tap him up for his local recommendations.…go out and seek these places people.
