Spring Up

22nd February 2019 by Daniella Quaglia

Spring is coming! Those lovely light evenings are on their way and we can’t wait to spend more time playing in the fresh air. It’s also the time of year when we’re all thinking about our gardens (remember when they were once colourful and blooming?!) It’s nearly time to dig out the trowel and spade to give your outdoor space that tender loving care and revitalised energy they deserve…

If you need inspiration just take a look at Hogbrook Farm; it could be yours to enjoy the wild flowers and sunshine in!

Celebrate the season by packing a picnic and breathing easy at one of these gardens recommended by our Partners…

Rutland & Stamford, Darren

Burghley South Gardens is a beautiful green sight set within the impressive tudor mansion itself. Aside from the nature, they put on lot’s of workshops and activities so check out their calendar.

Barnsdale Gardens has 38 individually designed gardens – there’s fun events for everyone all year round. A truly great place to get inspired.

Warwickshire, Paul

Jephson Gardens in the centre of town has lots to see and do. Stroll around the pond or explore the glass house and spot the sculptures along the way!

We love a good National Trust find, and Packwood House does not disappoint we promise. The little one discovers a new part of the woods to run wild in overtime…

South Wales, Mike

Dyffryn Gardens is another great National Trust garden to visit in every season. With everything from the wild tropics to formal landscaped gardens you’ll always be in for a treat no matter the weather!

London, Christian

Victoria Park is one of the most buzzing parks in London (if you time it right there’s probably an event going on). Who would know you’re in central!?

Woodberry Wetlands (in Hackney) are beautiful to spot wildlife and it’s an easy walk round. Perfect for a Sunday morning.
