Before & After

Rectory Barn in the pretty Cotswolds village of Broadwell was on the market with an international estate agency for six months. They failed to get any interest and it is easy to see why when you look at their advertising. It may not be one of their £10million properties but we thought it deserved to be presented like one. So, a bit like the A Team, we zoomed into the village in a big black van with a team of stylists, lots of props and a tip top photographer. We spent the weekend ripping out green carpets and tidying the garden. We uncovered the most beautiful home and have showcased it in a way it deserves.

The interest has been incredible and there have been two offers on the property already.

Just saying…

We treat every property like a £10million home. We use stylists and great photographers. We spend hours at each home to create the right advertising to give a property the best chance of selling. It is not creating pretty pictures for the sake of it. It because homes are important to sellers and buyers want to enjoy seeing the life they can lead. It is the discerningly different approach we have.
