Aberfeldy Village

Aberfeldy Village

Well connected & friendly

Even if you haven’t heard of Aberfeldy Village, you’ve probably heard of it’s neighbouring villages. Poplar for example (on the DLR) takes its name from the native trees (Populus canescens and Populus nigra) that once thrived on the moist alluvial soil beside the marshes in East London. Isle of Dogs has since sprouted across the water, and West India Docks nextdoor is a great spot to watch Cormorants and Coots.

A great sense of community

Aberfeldy Village itself has a friendly community feel.

Marner Primary School and Langdon Park School are close by, and so is the rest of London to play, relax and eat in. As previously mentioned, your closest station is a DLR which takes you into Bank in no time. Alternatively, you can have a pleasant walk to Bromley-by-Bow and grab the District Line.
