Acresford

Friendly vibes

Church View Barns is located in attractive open countryside between Acresford & Measham close to the North West Leicestershire border with South Derbyshire. The site is in a good rural location but enjoys very easy access onto the A444 and is only 2.3 miles from junction 11 of the M42. Tamworth is just 10 miles away and has a mainline station with direct links to Birmingham and London, making it an ideal commuter location.

The National Forest sits close by with Hick’s Lodge and Conkers visitor centre all within easy reach.

From the barns you can enjoy uninterrupted rural views over surrounding fields. To the south west across the fields, the spire of the church at Stretton-en-le-Field can be seen on the other side of the River Mease.

Country life at its best

The nearest pub is the very popular Cricketts Inn. It’s great menu will satisfy every one in the family! We are so lucky as we have so many fantastic village pubs, restaurants and farm shops locally – just ask us when you come to view the barns.

The nearest High Street is in the village of Measham, which offers a mixture of independent shops from butchers, pharmacy hairdressers, cafes & pubs along with a Doctors surgery & leisure facilities.
