Close to the city
The local area around Nodia is up and coming area full of amazing people, great shops and is close to Croydon, the hot spots of SW London and within easy access to town. This is a fabulous place to live.
Extensive regeneration plans are currently putting this area on the map, with investment into shopping, cycle routes and culture. This quiet area of South London is tucked away, yet with all the hustle and bustle of the capital on your doorstep.
Served by a National Rail station with quick links into London Victoria, it’s well connected and offers the DLR tram line slightly further a field. Comprising of predominantly Victorian architecture, the area exhibits some famous landmarks surviving this era including the Grade II listed St. Albans Church.

There is so much going for this part of CR7 and the vibrant community is drawing more and more people to this bustling spot. Pretty properties, great schools, superb transport links and cool places opening up all the time… this is a London neighbourhood to be in.
The neighbourhood connects amazingly to plenty of up and coming and vibrant areas. Streatham, Tooting and Clapham to the west and Crystal Palace up the hill are all great for dining with lots of good pubs. The parks in the area run lots of events and are great for kids. Croydon continues to improve with really good shopping. Box park is fun and our hidden gem is The Store. Gyms, takeaways, coffee shops are plentiful.
