Friendly vibes

This popular commuter town, with a history steeped in coal mining, is a great place to call home. Coalville is one of the friendliest places you could know in the county. Anyone can chat with anyone, whether that’s in the Belvoir Shopping Centre or while out for a walk in the many vast green areas that surround the town. People are friendly, there are lots of things to do and it is so well connected.

The good life

One of the big draws is the great transport links to A50, M1. M42 to major cities of Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham. You can be in the countryside easily too.

Broomleys primary school rated good and Newbridge High School rated good. Both schools are well regarded by local parents.

The newly opened Leisure Centre is a fab place to spend some time over the weekends with the kids and there is a very good doctors surgery Long Lane.
