Friendly vibes

Govilon is a small Welsh village located between Llanfoist and Gilwern, near to Abergavenny in north Monmouthshire. It’s one of those areas that is picture perfect and full of lovely people. Sitting on the canal basin and in the shadow of the Black mountains, we think this is a perfect place to call home.

The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal passes through the village and you can enjoy every kind of country pursuit from fishing, walking, paddle boarding and cycling in the local area. The village has views overlooking the valley of the River Usk and up to the heights of the southern flank of the Black Mountains.
