Located just 2 miles from Rugby is the popular village is Newton, offering a slice of tranquil village life while sitting just a few minutes away from the convenience of Rugby town. Pack up a picnic and walk the Great Central Way nature trails at the weekend, kids and dogs in tow. Fancy a bit of retail therapy? Head to nearby Elliott’s Field, filled with an array of shops, cafe’s and restaurants, before popping down to The White Swan or Stag and Pheasant to enjoy a G&T in the sunny beer garden. Newton is a wonderfully sociable village with a real sense of community, and we think it would make a lovely place to call home.

Newton provides easy access to M6/M1/A14 motorways, and London is less than 1 hour by rail from Rugby station. This lovely village is also within the catchment area for Clifton Primary School which is rated Excellent by Ofsted. Nearby Rugby has highly rated Grammar Schools: Lawrence Sheriff School for boys and Rugby High School for girls. Private education is provided at Rugby School (famous for Tom Brown’s Schooldays and the home of Rugby Football) and nearby Princethorpe College.
