Priors Marston

Priors Marston

The new Cotswolds

Tipped by The Telegraph as an “untapped area” and a great alternative to the Cotswolds, Priors Marston is the place to be. The stunning village looks like a film set! The peaceful lanes are ideal for children riding their bikes and there are an abundance of stunning walking routes right on your doorstep for your weekend dog walks. A short drive away is bustling Southam, which will satisfy all your retail therapy needs and you can join the motorway with ease for commuting to Banbury, Oxford, Leamington and Warwick.

Friendly community

It’s an incredibly friendly and welcoming community to live in, with a gentle and slow pace of life. There is a village WhatsApp group where locals can keep in touch and help each other out. A short stroll from Stone Cottage is The Hollybush Inn, a lovely traditional pub which is the heart of the village. At the village hall there are regular film nights, plus a post-office and hairdresser. At the end of the road there is even an honesty-box shed with fresh milk and eggs if you ever run out!
