Warwick holds a special place in Mr and Mrs Clarke’s heart. Mrs C went to school in the historic town and you will often see Mr C in Dough and Brew, The Rose & Crown or at The Warwick Boat Club with two little Cs in tow. We are thrilled that we have a Parter who shares our love for Warwick and who will be working with clients with a passion and style that we have become renowned for. Warwick, you are in safe hands with Kara.
Mr & MRS CLARKE
I have many years’ experience working in the property industry spending most of my career in property advertising and marketing both digital and print for a national newspaper group working with local estate agents. In between I renovated my first home so I understand the blood, sweat and tears it takes to make a property into a home. Many houses later I have not undertaken another project but I love designing rooms and decorating so another project may be on the cards. Watch this Space! Being passionate about property and homes I followed my heart into estate agency. Starting as a senior negotiator, to being a property valuer to most recently a Branch Manager running a local high street branch. I have built great relationships with clients and local property experts and have gained valuable market information and expertise.
Working with Mr and Mrs Clarke has given me the flexibility to spend precious time with my family and my dog Bella. Whilst giving my clients the best personal service and being there through the whole buying and selling process, and most importantly being a hands on contact and at the end of the phone day or night. At Mr and Mrs Clarke we offer that Boutique, specialised personal service with the most amazing marketing styling and photography. One of best parts of the role for me is helping people move and matching people with their dream home.
Having always lived locally I am proud to live and work in this lovely part of the country. Warwick is a great place to live and I love to talk to my clients about all the places it has to offer, from a picnic by the river in the summer, a concert in The Castle or one of the great food markets throughout the year, to shopping at Hatton & Harding or picking up flowers at Green & Wild.
