Mr Clarke thinks :
The perfect location for commuters.
Guide Price 290,000 - 310,000. Nestled amongst a quiet residential street in the heart of Edenbridge, Albion Way is a charming New-England-style home that is a beautiful blank canvas for you to put your stamp on.
Being only a few minutes walk from Edenbridge station and ten minutes to the town centre makes this home location so sought after. Walking up the picturesque path you enter the home. The entrance hall is welcoming and has a downstairs WC and stairs leading to the first floor. A kitchen is the hub of every discerning home and this kitchen is a case in point. The modern kitchen has a range of floor and wall units with space for white goods. There plenty of space to store herbs and spices here, and throughout the home storage is plentiful (under stairs storage cupboard). The spacious living room benefits from double patio doors leading out to the rear garden, which are perfect to throw open on a lovely Summers day. Climb the staircase to discover the surprising space upstairs.
Mrs Clarke loves :
The beautiful terraced garden.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms. The main bedroom benefits from a fitted wardrobe and views over the rear garden. There is also the wonderful family bathroom for busy mid-week mornings or relaxing home spa bathing in the evenings.Outside to the front is a hedge offering privacy and colourful planting in the front garden so whatever your gardener status is, there is lots of potential. Out to the rear is a patio area with a terraced garden leading to a raised decking that captures the afternoon sun. There is also the benefit of allocated parking - useful!
- Three words : Location. Modern. Style.

A wonderful home in central Edenbridge
The Garden Of England
You are close to the hustle and bustle of Edenbridge but nestled in a quiet enclave with lovely neighbours... what more could you dream of?
The High Street is just a short drive away and provides everything you need for modern life - Waitrose (that is all we need in life!) There are two mainline stations that serve both London Bridge (42 mins) and London Victoria (48 mins with 1 change).
The local primary school is located in the town, plus there are a number of surrounding village schools such as Four Elms, Hever and Ide Hill. Secondary schools can be found in the neighbouring towns of Oxted, Sevenoaks and East Grinstead. It's also worth noting that Edenbridge falls into the catchment area for Grammar Schooling in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
So hang on a minute... there is a Waitrose, great schools and trainlines heading into London!? This sounds like the mecca of places to live.
Zac Ship, our super duper local estate agent is Edenbridge born and bred, "I love Edenbridge as it ticks all the boxes - fabulous countryside walks along the River Eden, excellent links up into the City plus great schooling for my kids. People are friendly (although I would say that as my family live here) and there is a great community vibe".
