This stunning apartment is back on the market and the sellers have reduced the price for a swift sale. The apartment has lots of space and lots of style. The space is very unusual for a town centre apartment - there are two big bedrooms, a utility room, a study, two bathrooms and a huge, open-plan living and kitchen space leading out to the courtyard garden. Although you my think that the basement setting is going to mean "dark and gloomy" you will be surprised by the amount of natural light flooding in from the French doors and the many windows at the front and back of the apartment.

Mrs Clarke loves :
The location is perfect for my commute from the station.

If it is a stylish, spacious apartment in the heart of a thriving town you are after - then welcome home. The main room in the apartment is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The French doors frame the courtyard garden beautifully. We love the wooden flooring and the Farrow & Ball adorned walls. There is a wonderful recessed inglenook style fireplace with a beam mantle and period features at every glance. The room has lots of space for dining table, sofas, chairs and we can imagine the room being packed out with friends for the house warming party. The kitchen is a stylish and functional space where the modern home cook can rustle up an imaginative week night supper. There are two bedrooms - the Master Bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and there is plenty of space for his and hers wardrobes. The second bedroom is set up with a double sofa bed and a dressing room but it would make a great guest bedroom, a gym or even a second reception room.

The main bathroom is more like a boutique spa that a normal wash room! The big bath tub, shower and high end decoration make this a relaxing space to retreat to after a long day at work.Off the hallway are two spaces you would not expect - a study and a utility room. You can hide all of your work in one and all your dirty washing in the other to keep the apartment look pristine (when the in-laws show up unexpectedly!)

Local Life in Leamington

selling your house fast

Royal Leamington Spa, or Leam as we Leamingtonians like to call our beloved town, has the lot... tree lined avenues, hip and happening social scene, pretty parks, great schools and great coffee shops. Leam has it all.
Leamington’s streets of Regency town houses, which equal those of Cheltenham’s or Brighton’s in my humble opinion, are full of gorgeous homes and friendly people. There is a grand sense down every street.
Well connected? Leamington is super well connected. The M40 nips past to Birmingham, Oxford and London; Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry are a 20-min drive away; Birmingham 40 mins.
The town has emerged as one of the Midland’s most highly regarded places to live for families who love the schools and activities, as well as young singles and couple who love the bar, restaurant and cultural scene.
If you like shopping, you will love the town centre’s mixed independent shops and High Street chains.

Mrs Clarke loves the boutique feel of the town centre, with its mix of hipster coffee shops like The Larder and the gorgeous shops like Fable, Collective and Farrow & Ball. The High Street has all the big names and then there is the M&S food hall.
Mr Clarke has a few favourites of his own. His personal tailor at Clements & Church, a pint at The Pug; breakfast at Haddie & Trilbie or Coffee Architects; lunch at Nana's when he needs to impress Mrs C.
Education options include Warwick School, Warwick Prep, Kings High & Kingsley School For Girls which are good independent schooling options, and excellent state primary (St. Peter's) close by. Secondary schools (Myton, Trinity, North. Leam). Leamington College and Warwick University

Tree lined avenues, great shops and a buzzing social scene. What more could you want?
