What's new? Pretty much everything but the outside. There are new windows, a new boiler, the full re-wiring is of the highest standard, new kitchen, carpets, joinery and a landscaped garden. It's a bit like a new house but it has lots of character. We think it is the best of both worlds.

The modern shaker style kitchen is the beating heart of this home. It has everything a discerning home cook could desire, plus a wine fridge. The clever design allows for the whole family together whilst the cooking is happening and then everyone can sit down in a beautiful dining area to enjoy supper. This is a modern family kitchen.

The vast living room is a wonderful space to kick back and relax. The bay window floods the room with natural light. But come night time you can pull the curtains back and get Netflix on. Then chill.

Coalville

This popular commuter town, with a history steeped in coal mining, is a great place to call home. Coalville is one of the friendliest places you could know in the county. Anyone can chat with anyone, whether that’s in the Belvoir Shopping Centre or while out for a walk in the many vast green areas that surround the town. People are friendly, there are lots of things to do and it is so well connected.
