Beth thinks:
Give me the key. Let me turn it and call this place home.

Every now and then you walk into a house and you are speechless... this is one of them. The handsome period property has undergone extensive refurbishment by some exceptional craftsmen. The result is a modern family home inside a grand building.

Beth loves:
The finish of the interior is perfect. I love the old building and the new inside. Best of both worlds.

What's new? Pretty much everything but the outside. There are new windows, a new boiler, the full re-wiring is of the highest standard, new kitchen, carpets, joinery and a landscaped garden. It's a bit like a new house but it has lots of character. We think it is the best of both worlds.

The modern shaker style kitchen is the beating heart of this home. It has everything a discerning home cook could desire, plus a wine fridge. The clever design allows for the whole family together whilst the cooking is happening and then everyone can sit down in a beautiful dining area to enjoy supper. This is a modern family kitchen.

The vast living room is a wonderful space to kick back and relax. The bay window floods the room with natural light. But come night time you can pull the curtains back and get Netflix on. Then chill.

As well as being stylish, this home is very practical. There is oodles of storage and a very good sized utility room.

Head up the stylish staircase and you will find four great bedrooms. The main sleeping space is very smart indeed. There are two further good sized bedrooms and a smaller room, which could be a study or a nursery.

If you pop your head into the loft you will see that there is loads of storage space, as well as an opportunity to extend into the loft.

Pop back outside and you will see a large front driveway where you can park several cars. The side gate takes you to the wonderful back garden. It's 35m long and pretty wide and, with a bit of green fingered work, will be the garden of your dreams.

We adore this home and we can't wait to see who is going to live here.

Friendly vibes

This popular commuter town, with a history steeped in coal mining, is a great place to call home. Coalville is one of the friendliest places you could know in the county. Anyone can chat with anyone, whether that’s in the Belvoir Shopping Centre or while out for a walk in the many vast green areas that surround the town. People are friendly, there are lots of things to do and it is so well connected.

Our local agent Beth grew up in the town and is proud to call it home. “Coalville offers a diverse community with a friendly vibe, great for families as is an affordable area to raise kids, I grew up in the town and have many found memories.”

One of the big draws is the great transport links to A50, M1. M42 to major cities of Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham. You can be in the countryside easily too.

Broomleys primary school rated good and Newbridge High School rated good. Both schools are well regarded by local parents.

The newly opened Leisure Centre is a fab place to spend some time over the weekends with the kids and there is a very good doctors surgery Long Lane.
