It’s not just a house, it feels like a home.

As you approach the wonderful 4 bedroom home, you'll be greeted by a generously-sized driveway that accommodates up to three vehicles, ensuring ample space for you and your guests. Convenience and practicality are at the forefront of this home's design, making it effortless to come and go as you please.

The galley kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting a sleek design and offering an abundance of counter space and storage. The adjacent dining room, with its seamless connection to the garden, provides an idyllic backdrop for enjoying meals with loved ones, as well as hosting lively dinner parties filled with laughter and cherished memories.

This home also offers two separate living rooms to cater to your every need. The large rear room, thoughtfully extended due to the double rear extension, presents a vast space where you can unwind and entertain guests in style. Meanwhile, the converted front living space, formerly a garage, showcases the home's adaptability and ingenuity, offering an additional cosy space for relaxation or indulging in your favourite hobbies.

The main bedroom boasts a lavish en-suite bathroom, offering a private sanctuary where you can unwind and indulge in tranquility. Three additional spacious bedrooms, including three doubles and a single, await your personal touch. The single bedroom, currently utilised as a dressing room, adds a touch of sophistication and versatility to the home's layout.

Venture into the rear garden and discover a hidden oasis that beckons you to relax and embrace the great outdoors. The garden is thoughtfully divided into two seating tiers, providing the perfect setting for entertaining friends or simply basking in the sun-drenched serenity. Ascend to the top tier, and you'll find a charming summer house, a haven for solitude or hosting intimate gatherings, surrounded by picturesque views.

Cwmbran

Well connected & friendly

Cwmbran

Tranquil surrounds, views and the countryside is everywhere you look, makes this a great spot for exploring and taking in the fresh air around every corner. Head upwards and you reach the top of the Twmp where you can survey Newport, Risca and much further over the Bristol channel.

If its something a little less taxing then maybe the Mon Brec canal is your thing, where herons and kingfishers will be you friends. One minute you can be in High Cross and heading towards Cwmcarn the next you could be heading much further north to Llanfoist.

On the warmest of days, take a walk and head upwards towards the mountain where you will find yourself in The Dorallt. Sip on a pint of IPA in the 18th-century inn or watch the kids play in the park opposite while you have a natter with friends over a Merlot. Head the other way and you can be in the Three Blackbirds or the Greenhouse for a thirst quenching pint or two.

Well connected? Despite feeling the countryside vibe you are still well connected here. Newport and Cwmbran are a 10 minute drive away. The M4 nips past to Bristol or Cardiff and in 2 hours you’re in London, Cardiff is a mere 25 mins away; Bristol 35 mins. If the train is more you, then the station in Cwmbran whisks you off to Birmingham in just under 3 hours.

The perfect place to call home
