The central hall is the junction to all parts of the house. The curved staircase leads upstairs and the floor to ceiling glass wall frames the internal courtyard and the country views beyond. From the hall you can access the receptions rooms, dining room and kitchen. The main reception room is an elegant split level lounge with a feature fireplace and display units. The room has been lavishly decorated and centres around a fireplace. The room could host wonderful parties or you could pull the curtains and curl up with family and friends. There is also a TV lounge that could be a gym or playroom.

Education is outstanding - Solihull School, St Martins, the Warwick and Leamington Independent schools and Bromsgrove are all close. Arden is an exceptional state option.

Never mind the boring stuff… what’s happening around Chadwick End? Mr Clarke can often be found in the fabulous Orange Tree pub. Mrs Clarke quite likes it too although she usually heads to the Michelin starred restaurant The Cross in Kenilworth when she has a spare moment. A little further afield you find The Boot in Lapworth or The Malt Shovel in Barston.

Shopping and cultural hubs are in every direction: Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull and Stratford-upon-Avon are all close enough to go shopping, grab a coffee or head to the cinema.

Neighbours are an eclectic mix of the rich, the powerful, the famous and the farmers. It makes a great atmosphere in the pubs and local shop.
