2 Apple Tree Cottages is a delightful two bedroom home in rural Rowington. Your very own piece of countryside.
The front and back gardens are secluded and packed with pretty flowers and trees. The bespoke kitchen has been handmade by a skilled craftsman. The large living room is warm and cosy thanks to the log burner. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and bathroom. A second bedroom/ office has been added in the eaves. There is lots of storage throughout the home. The shed provides extra storage for outdoor things.
Location is so important when buying a home. Rowington is possibly the best village in Warwickshire and here is why… there are two pubs, a cricket club, access to miles and miles of beautiful countryside walks, a thriving community, a great village hall, tennis courts and all of this nestled between Warwick, Leamington, Solihull and Birmingham. Lapworth is a minute away, where you will find more great pubs, a post office, corner shop, a train station to whizz you into London or Birmingham as well as a doctors, school, nursery and church. We adore Rowington and it is a wonderful place to call home.
2 Apple Tree Cottages is a picture perfect little home. A clever craftsman has handmade bespoke storage throughout the property so you can live in clutter free space. A lot of thought has gone into the design and the space really benefits from the effort.
The kitchen overlooks the cute back garden and comes with integrated electric oven and gas hob and dining table. There is space for fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The units and work surfaces are immaculate and provide plenty of space for all the baking you will be inspired to do.
There is a downstairs WC with lots of storage inside. It’s not something you expect when you walk into the cottage, but it is a great addition.
Through to the large living room you will just want to curl up and sit in from of the log burner. There is space for seating for six, a desk and the dog basket. The window overlooks the front garden and fields beyond. The carpet is soft and cosy and the decoration is spotless. That clever craftsman has done his magic in the living room and has installed lots of cupboards to store unsightly shoes, ironing boards and the hoover.

Rowington is a special village. The people are lovely, the countryside is gorgeous and The Tom O’ The Wood Pub is a family favourite.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom. The window looks out across the fields at the front of the cottage making it a quite and peaceful room. There are built in wardrobes, soft carpet and nice decoration.
The landing then leads to the bathroom. There is a big tub with storage underneath and an electric shower above.
Up a little flight of stairs and you find a great room in the eaves with skylights and a fabulous exposed brick chimney breast. There is currently a bed that folds out to make a double, a desk and storage. This could be a study, a bedroom or an office.
2 Apple Tree Cottages has so much going for it. It is is excellent condition and is in the beautiful village of Rowington. We love it and we think it will make someone a wonderful home.
