Mr Clarke thinks :
Great location, lovingly decorated and well appointed.

Open the door, step into the hallway and find a beautiful home you can move straight into. First stop (after popping your shoes off) is the lounge, where you can view the rolling hills whilst warming yourself in front of the log burning stove. Asides from being a place to put your feet up and relax, this room is neutrally decorated so you can put your own stamp onto it. Moving along the corridor is the beating heart of the home; the delightful kitchen diner. This room is just our cup of tea, light and bright and carefully decorated. There’s plenty of room for everybody to hang around and do their own thing, whilst being close enough to feel together and connected. With a great range of units, a “leisure” double oven and 5 ring gas hob, rustling up meals for family and friends has never been so easy. We love the panelling in the dining area. Down the hallway there’s a utility space which we’ve been waiting forever to have!

Mrs Clarke loves :
The picturesque views from every window!

Warm summer nights can be spent on the patio cooking up a barbecue whilst the children are bouncing on the trampoline, and in the winter months…why not install a hot tub!? The garden is fully enclosed and can be  accessed from the rear door, and also through the gate leading from the front.

Climb up the stairs to find the generous bedrooms. The master bedroom is calming and inviting. Decorated in pale colours and boasting a built in wardrobe with sliding doors, this space can become a sanctuary. The second bedroom is bathed with light and frames the awe-inspiring views across western Malvern hills.

Bedroom number three makes an ideal nursery or work from home office, where you could work admiring the view. In the evenings, enjoy a hot bath in the delightful modern bathroom next door, all decorated in neutral colours. This is an ideal family home, right in the heart of local facilities and offering you the ability to walk your children to school.

Summary :

  • Three words :  Connected. Sociable. Space.
