Mike loves:
The flow of the home is perfect for busy family life.

Boasting a whole host of period features, Court Crescent offers a unique blend of character and modern comfort, perfect for families and professionals alike. As you enter this enchanting home, you will be greeted by a spacious and welcoming entrance hall, complete with original features and classic styling, the panelling and hardwood floors.

The ground floor offers a beautifully designed living room, featuring a cosy log burner and original period detailing, perfect for relaxing with loved ones on a chilly evening. The room is also flooded with natural light thanks to the beautiful bay window.

Stepping into the heart of the home and discover the kitchen diner towards the rear of the property, where you can cook, dine and entertain with ease. Modern and fully equipped, there's a whole host of appliances, ample storage space and countertops, which the resident chef will adore. As you prepare your culinary delights, you can enjoy the natural light pouring in through the charming porthole window, which perfectly matches the one found at the entrance, tying the design of the home together beautifully.

For added convenience, a pantry is situated just off the kitchen, offering even more storage space for your groceries and essentials. And when guests come over, a handy downstairs WC provides a convenient spot for them to freshen up without having to go upstairs. There's also a conservatory here that could double up as extra storage or is the perfect place to take in the afternoon rays.

The dining area is the perfect space for family meals or entertaining guests, with plenty of room for a large dining table and chairs. The double doors leading to the outside make it easy to take the party outside and enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden in the warmer months. Or this can be utilised as a secondary living space, as it's currently set up, with its cosy log burner.

Upstairs, the property offers three bedrooms, one of which has ample storage and natural light, providing a peaceful and tranquil haven for relaxation. The family bathroom features a shower over bath and is fully tiled adding to the charm and character of this stunning home.

Outside, the property offers a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing and entertaining in the warmer months. The property also has a large driveway and garage, providing convenient off-street parking.

Located in one of the most desirable areas in town, Court Crescent sits within easy reach of excellent schools, shops, and transport links, making it the perfect location for families and professionals alike.

Close to the city

This great little village on the outskirts of Newport is the perfect mix of countryside and accessibility. There is a friendly community and lots going on for the whole family.

Sitting pretty on the edge of Newport, and not to far from Machen you can nipping into Morrisons in Rogerstone in minutes or enjoying a pint at The Rhiwderin Inn. Phil, Angelina have just taken over the pub in December and their vision is to keep everything that ‘The Inn’ is loved for, namely good homemade food, a warm welcome and a cosy local. We salute you guys.

We love the village of Rudry and love strolling around the leafy lanes. If we need fresh air then we head to Bassaleg for a dog walk and soak up the rolling countryside. Stop off at the stylish restaurant Junction 28 in a former railway station with a Modern British menu, plus Welsh cheeses. Heaven!

Bassaleg school is one of the best in the area and Pentrepoeth Primary is 5 star too.
