Mr Clarke thinks :
The location and outdoor space is perfect for us as a family
Guide price £450-475k / Once you’ve parked your car in your private car port, head upstairs and open the front door to be greeted with fresh, pretty interiors. Located in the prestigious Blossom Bank development, this home is generously proportioned. It’s filled with light and space so there’s plenty of room to keep books, toys and things that mean a lot to you and your family. This home is a real haven of peace.
First of all, head to the kitchen to pop the kettle on. The white high gloss kitchen has been well thought out and even has a great breakfast area; an ideal place for the kids to enjoy their toast and tea with you! The neutral decor has become the canvas for framed family photos and comfy furniture in the sitting room which is across the hallway. The dining area is an added bonus for when you're entertaining guests. When you’ve got a quiet night in, you can sit back, relax and appreciate the sun set through the large windows. There is also a shiny, glass-framed balcony to sit out on and enjoy a glass of wine during a Summer’s evening when the kids have gone to bed!
Head upstairs to the first floor to find two double bedrooms plus the family bathroom. On the second floor are a further two double bedrooms, one of which is the master. You can’t help but notice the calming and comfortable atmosphere throughout this home, but the en-suite shower room here is perfect for a moment of privacy.
Outside, the rear garden is secluded with space for a hot tub (or paddling pool)!
We look forward to showing you around this home - it’s a true gem and we’re sure you and your family will enjoy calling it home.
Mrs Clarke thinks :
The bright, light spaces are invigorating
An important part of this home is the fact it was created to encourage the family to spend more time together. There are no separate children and adult rooms as the open plan layout allows for both. The outside green space is ideal for the little ones to play with their friends or summer barbecues on a nice evening.
Being set within Blossom Bank has lot’s of benefits, for example: it’s close to station, has riverside walks, there’s a gym at the end of the road, a children’s park on the development…the list goes on! As well as being near to Mr Mulligan’s Dino Golf, there’s a host of shops nearby such as M&S, to pick up your family dinner and B&Q to pick up your house bits and pieces.
- Setting : Distinctive Blossom Bank luxury living
- Three words : Calm. Comfortable. Captivating.
Our favourite part
An inspiring family home with modern and comfortable touches.
Local Life in Beautiful Tonbridge
We love Tonbridge in so many ways as it really does offer a little bit of everything! During the week we love to grab brunch at either Finch House or Beyond the Grounds who both offer delicious tasting coffee and a range of tasty breakfasts. For a late lunch, we enjoy popping into The Gatehouse - it's buzzing at weekends and offers a comprehensive cocktail menu, if that’s your thing! For a great meal out I can’t recommend Havet enough – It’s a swanky Turkish restaurant that makes you feel like you’re dining up in the City. If you go here, don’t hesitate to try the mezze dishes as they really are to die for.
Weekends are for fun...you're spoilt for choice in Tonbridge. Jump In is an indoor trampolining paradise (whether you have kids or not)! If trampolining isn’t your thing then try out Mr Mulligans – a new crazy golf course - it won’t fail to impress. There’s also the Angel Centre with a range of indoor facilities including a swimming pool, so if you visit Tonbridge there’s always something to do.
If you’d rather do something a little more “slow paced” then head up to the famous Tonbridge Castle for a quiet picnic or even hire a small boat and sail down the river (remember to pack extra clothes just in case). The river flows down and through Haysden Country Park with acres of open countryside to explore plus an outside park for the whole family.
