Characterful charm meets modern luxury at this stunning home.

Introducing Edward VIIth Avenue, an exquisite haven nestled on a prestigious road, where elegance and charm intertwine seamlessly with modern luxury.

Mike loves:
The gorgeous garden is the perfect spot for al-fresco drinks with family and friends.

This sprawling, period 4-bedroom semi-detached residence is more than just a home; it's a masterpiece designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

With over 1700 square feet of interior space, this property is an opportunity to own a slice of elevated living. If you're seeking a residence where period charm meets contemporary allure, where bespoke craftsmanship meets modern convenience, then look no further – this home is ready to embrace your lifestyle aspirations.

Step inside, and you'll find a true haven. The colour palette, meticulously curated by a Farrow and Ball colourist, envelops the interior in a warm and inviting embrace. A symphony of hues dances upon the walls, showcasing the attention to detail that has been poured into every inch of this dwelling.

As you explore further, the heart of the home reveals itself with a kitchen that's a testament to both form and function. Granite worktops glisten beneath the natural light that pours in, highlighting the shaker-style cabinets. The peninsular island and Belfast sink create a focal point that's as practical as it is visually striking. Off the kitchen a gorgeous utility room awaits, the style and finish in keeping with the kitchen.

The living spaces are a celebration of both intimacy and grandeur. A spacious living room, once two separate rooms, now boasts bespoke storage in Hague Blue, framing a period fireplace and log burner. Adjacent to it, a snug or formal dining room exudes coziness, complete with its own statement mantel and a wood burner that promises warmth during winter gatherings.

As you make your way upstairs, a symphony of comfort and style continues. Four well-appointed bedrooms offer bespoke fitted wardrobes, ensuring an organised haven to unwind. The master bedroom, elegantly situated at the front of the house, captures the essence of refined living. Two further bedrooms on this floor and heading up to the top floor a large bedroom thats currently set up as an extra living room.

The exquisite residence boasts not just one, but two opulent bathrooms that epitomize luxury and comfort. Each of these lavishly designed spaces is a testament to sophistication and indulgence.

The first bathroom is a masterpiece of elegance, featuring a charming clawfoot bath as its centrepiece. This vintage-inspired freestanding tub is a nod to classic design, inviting you to soak away your cares in a haven of tranquility. Adjacent to it lies the second bathroom, an embodiment of modern convenience and relaxation. The sleek design is dominated by a generously-sized shower, a sleek oasis of rejuvenation.

Now, let's talk about the outdoors – a sanctuary in itself. The lush garden, adorned with banana trees and vibrant vegetation, presents various enchanting spaces for entertainment. The raised patio, adorned with glass balustrades, offers a panoramic view of the verdant surroundings. The lawn, a private oasis, leads to a summer house and shed at the garden's end, providing a tranquil escape.

Indulge in the elegance, relish in the sophistication – this home is your canvas for a life well-lived.
