The generous living space
No Chain - Located within walking distance of Bat and Ball train station and the Trinity School, this well-balanced family home has everything the discerning family could ever want - a beautiful brand new kitchen, four bedrooms, two great reception rooms and a generously sized westerly facing rear garden. Being only two miles away from the M25/M26 motorway it’s well connected for those weekend outings (and commuting).
The house is well proportioned throughout, with a bright and spacious entrance hallway making a great first impression. The dining room is positioned at the front and benefits from a feature fireplace and bay window. To the rear, the impressively spacious sitting room has French doors leading out to the wonderful garden where you can relax with a cup of tea on a Sunday morning or have a BBQ in the summer. Back inside, the newly fitted kitchen has been updated in a stylish, contemporary style and offers ample worktop space, an impressive range cooker and integrated appliances. There’s even a breakfast island which makes it a perfect spot to flick through your book whilst keeping an eye on dinner! There’s also a separate WC and utility area which is handy. You can throw everything in here to keep the house looking as great as it does now.

The beautiful new kitchen/breakfast room
Upstairs you find four double bedrooms, an immaculate family bathroom and a recently fitted contemporary en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. When we first saw this house we loved just how big all the bedrooms are, and how much potential there is for a growing family to move straight in and put their stamp on this lovely home!
Back out into the westerly facing and very well maintained garden, we can imagine relaxing on the entertainment area when the weather is lovely, and another benefit is the timber storage shed which is a great addition. The driveway offers parking for several cars and leads to a detached single garage which is great to store bikes, act as a hobby room or of course as extra parking.
This home is located approximately 1.5 miles away from Sevenoaks High Street and less than a mile from Bat and Ball Station. The house is also within easy reach of the M25/M26 motorway network with junction 5 of the M25 less than 2 miles away. Trinity School is a stone's throw away from the property as is the newly opened Weald of Kent Grammar School and the highly regarded Lady Boswell Primary school (Ofsted- Outstanding) so there’s plenty of choice for great schools.
- Style : Impressive family home
- Setting : Set on a quiet residential road which is well connected
- Three words : Location. Space. Parking.

A stunning family home in Sevenoaks
Local Life in Sevenoaks
Sevenoaks is a boutique commuter town in Kent which has the lot…luscious park, tranquil lakes, cosy pubs and wonderful eateries, not to forget the friendly people. You have everything on your doorstep here. The High Street is lined with shops and forked so you have double the retail opportunities. There’s plenty of bars plus The Stag Theatre which is an ideal Friday night family spot, where you can all grab the popcorn and watch that film you’ve been secretly dying to see! On a nice day, take a stroll through Knole Park and feed the deer with the children then pitch up at Knole House for a freshly brewed coffee to rest those legs.
Family life here is a pleasant one. The well renowned Sevenoaks Schools draws families in from a far with its excellent ratings (but if that’s not your thing then there are plenty of other great schools to choose from). Adults and children love life around this lovely part of the country - and you can’t blame them! For the kiddies, there’s so much space to run around and explore. For adults, it’s useful to know that links into London Bridge take less than 25 minutes so it’s a real hotspot for those working in the City. Whatever is your thing, you will almost definitely find it in Sevenoaks.
