Beth thinks:
This home has bags of potential. It's a total blank canvas ready for you to call your own.

A total blank canvas ready to call your own, Greenfield Road is offered with no chain and offers bags of potential to be transformed into a charming family home with a little love and TLC!

Beth loves:
The walled garden. Hang up some string lights, get out the loungers and soak in those afternoon rays.

The property occupies a pleasant position within a highly regarded residential development on the fringe of Measham village. Set back from the road behind a lawned front garden, which adds to the kerb appeal, you'll find plenty of parking for family and guests on the driveway with space for two cars.

A sunny entryway offers space to drop off bags coats and bags before heading through to the generous lounge, centred around a feature fireplace. Light floods in from the large front window, while sleek flooring lies underfoot adding a practical yet stylish touch to the space.

To the rear of the home sits the kitchen diner, offering plenty of space to cook and entertain guests. There’s an abundance of storage for provisions while integrated appliances make light work of cooking up a midweek dinner or weekend brunch. There’s a deep under stairs storage cupboard that would make a brilliant pantry or the perfect spot to store household items.

Light floods in from the window and the glass panel door, which seamlessly opens out into the rear garden, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

On the ground floor you’ll also find a handy cloakroom/WC, with a white suite and tiled splash back.

Upstairs, you’ll find three good size bedrooms, with one offering flexibility to be used as a stylish home office, nursery or playroom. The rooms share a family bathroom which sits to the rear of the home, comprised of a panelled bath with shower, vanity sink unit and WC.

To the rear sits the delightfully enclosed mature and established garden, mainly laid to lawn. There’s a full width paved patio area, the perfect spot to enjoy al-fresco dining, while established trees help add privacy to the space.

  • Three words :  Bags. Of. Potential.

Local life

A large village with a lovely community feel, Measham offers a thriving high street and sits just three miles away from the historic market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, where you’ll find all the large stores, including Marks and Spencer.

The town has been awarded purple flag status in successive years. Located in Leicestershire in the East Midlands, Measham lies just south of the Derbyshire border and has great links to the M42 and A444. The major town of Burton upon Trent is just seven miles away, and the village sits around 100 miles north west of London.

Aside from the great outdoors, there’s a wide choice of things to do just a stone’s throw away by car, with a leisure centre, lido, cinema, and children’s playbarn close by. Also, kids will love Twycross Zoo just ten minutes away!

Measham has a primary school, a thriving high street with butchers, pharmacy, post office and florist, as well as the Bird in the Hand and The White Hart Inn, two of our favourite pubs.
