Greshams Way is located opposite the Edenbridge Golf Club on a private and exclusive development. You are close to the hustle and bustle of Edenbridge but nestled in a quiet enclave with lovely neighbours... what more could you dream of?

The High Street is just a short drive away and provides everything you need for modern life - Waitrose (that is all we need in life!) There are two mainline stations that serve both London Bridge (42 mins) and London Victoria (48 mins with 1 change).

The local primary school is located in the town, plus there are a number of surrounding village schools such as Four Elms, Hever and Ide Hill. Secondary schools can be found in the neighbouring towns of Oxted, Sevenoaks and East Grinstead. It's also worth noting that Edenbridge falls into the catchment area for Grammar Schooling in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
