Downstairs you find a beautiful formal living room, which is a wonderful place to just switch off from the hustle and bustle of the World. The decor is stylishly neutral and the views create a calming space. There is enough room in here for the whole family and your friends.
The open plan kitchen has been extended to create a real family space where you can all be together but doing your own thing. There is room for a large dining table, sofa and lots of people to gather around the kitchen island. It boasts every mod-con for the modern family cook. The bifold doors create an effortless connection to the garden. In summer you can throw the doors open and head straight outside to the decked barbecue area.

The gardens have been cleverly designed to provide relaxing and play areas - a courtyard and side astro turf play area and a secluded lawn. It's a place where children and adults can play, potter or sit with a drink. The old church wall gives a nod to the past. There's an abundance of greenery which the wildlife just love and you're not overlooked.

A place to wile away long summer days...


With an active village community, you’ll find water walkways and canals, a character Inn and a highly rated village school. You’ll also be glad to find lots of independent cafes in surrounding villages, and even county parks such as Daventry’s.

The market town of Daventry is 5 miles away. Here you can try your hand at some pot painting at the Art Cafe – a Mothers Day must. Head to The Garden Barn in Cottesbach – an emporium of gifts, nice home things and a gorgeous cafe. Head to The Tuning Fork in Kilsby for a yummy sweet treat (for the kids, but mainly for yourself!)

It’s very neighbourly and it’s a place where everyone sends each other Christmas cards. If you did want a day trip elsewhere to Birmingham or London, you’re in the heart of good transport links. If you wanted to drive, you’re nearby the motorway network too.

Education wise, Welton CE Academy (infant & primary) is well regarded within the community and area. This really is a great place to grow up and explore in.
