Picture-perfect in every way, from the wisteria archway to the beautiful, exposed oak beams, this gorgeous barn conversion is tucked away on a leafy lane in the hamlet of Haseley Knob.
Just off the leafy lane, and through the gated entrance, you’ll find a pretty walled front garden and ample parking for at least four cars on the driveway. We love the characterful feel of the traditional Warwickshire brick façade, juxtaposed with the contemporary interior within.

Clattylands Barn is big on style. Renovated with love, it’s open and spacious whilst still retaining an inherent cosiness. Muddy wellies and paws are welcomed in through the boot room, where there’s storage aplenty, and leads into the hallway. There’s a downstairs cloakroom just off here, which features an oak-framed basin, and is finished to exacting standards. The colour palette is set by Farrow & Ball and there’s a mixture of engineered oak and stone flooring throughout the home.

With a choice of two reception rooms, there’s huge flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Both rooms boast stunning vaulted ceilings and exposed oak roof beams. The living room is brimming with light, thanks to generous windows providing views onto the courtyard, with Velux roof windows overhead. The uber-cool Jøtul woodburning stove keeps this space toasty on even the chilliest of days and is flanked by smart built-in storage.
