Despite its idyllic rural setting, Warwick, Leamington, Keniwlorth, Solihull, Birmingham airport and several train stations with access to London are all reachable in under 20 minutes by car.The downstairs space flows with effortless ease between rooms and into the garden. The country kitchen has been strategically placed to allow lots of natural light in making this a wonderful space to be with friends and family. There is a dining room, which could be used as a sitting room, large study or opened up into the kitchen (permission may be required).
