Mr Clarke thinks :
the location is great and the property is immaculate
20 Lea Green Drive is a stylish, three storey detached house with lovely gardens in a quiet location. The property is beautifully decorated and will make a wonderful home.
The property was built in 2003 and has been carefully maintained by the same owner since. The design of the home is ideal for a family looking for a space for modern living. Downstairs there is a big kitchen, which has been re-designed to provide a sociable and functioning space for the whole family to gather and socialise. Mrs Clarke is very impressed with the granite worktop on the central kitchen island. There is a useful utility room and cloakroom as well as a beautifully sitting room and a large open plan dining room with French doors leading out to the garden.
On the first floor you find four big bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and a beautiful bathroom.
On the second floor you find the palatial master bedroom, which is more like a hotel suite than a normal bedroom, it is a peaceful sanctuary with space and style at the top of the house.
Mrs Clarke likes :
the beautiful interior and the gorgeous garden
The front and rear gardens have been recently landscaped are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine of for children to play. The two Himalayan silver birch trees are the focal point of the garden and provide an ever changing picture. Hostas, ferns and pretty shrubs are planed in the borders for a low maintenance garden to be enjoyed while sitting on the decked patio.
Sky satellite is installed and Virgin is available. The house has ariel transmitters in all bedrooms and there are telephone points throughout the property.
- Style : A large, modern home
- Location : well connected and friendly
- Three words : Large. Detached. Home.
Our favourite part
A large and stylish home with a gorgeous garden. Ready for the summer.
Wythall has a the best of both worlds - a bit of town with a real villagey vibe. There are all the local things you crave like a corner shop, cafe, post office, country walks and lovely people, and yet you are minutes from Solihull and can be whizzing into Brum on the local train.
For families, the schools are highly rated (3 Primary schools, Meadow Green, Coppice & Tidbury Green and the secondary school Woodrush). Cock Moors Woods is a local leisure centre nearby with a swimming pool, gym etc. Blythe valley another local leisure facility and varioos golf course all nearby.
There are lots of social activites. If you are a fan of the local pub (an who isn't) there are lots to choose from - The Red Lion, Reservoir, Bulls Head, Packhorse, White Swan, Peacock & Weatheroak. If you are more into an active lifestyle then Wythall Park hosts various events throughout the year, Bowls club, Tennis Club and Woodrush hosts various clubs like Zumba & keep fit.
