Mr Clarke thinks :
There’s plenty of space for guests to park, with a single garage to hide away my classic car.
Little Orchard is a splendid 80s home and offers copious amounts of space for a growing family. With generous, partially walled gardens and a separate timber-lined office, this is the perfect home if you are working from home and crave a vibrant village life within an area of outstanding beauty. Twyning is a beautiful village tucked away in The Cotswolds, North of Tewkesbury. You'll feel right at home here.
Drive through the 5-bar gate, pull onto the gravelled drive and step inside Little Orchards. Enter the light reception hall with its oak floor and be wowed by the airy rooms that are on offer! Reside in the lounge, pick a book from the built in shelves, settle on the sofa and enjoy the natural light coming from the bay windows. If it’s a bit chilly then you can always warm yourself by the log burning stove and enjoy the peace and quiet. Entertain your guests with a magnificent supper made in the amazing breakfasting kitchen; this is a room set up for cooks, with a spectacular range of oak fronted cupboards and drawers beautiful granite work surface, a double and one single oven, a grill, a warming drawer to pop those plates in and a microwave to quickly reheat. Offer a seat at the table to a guest so you can have company cooking, stretch up to the bottle rack, or step through the French doors to relax…Cheers!
Mrs Clarke loves :
The pretty cul de sac. It's a safe and ideal area.
Climb the stairs and spy the roomy gallery with a window which overlooks the beautiful rear garden. You’ll find the family bathroom here as well as the bedrooms. The main bedroom faces the front south-facing garden so its bathed in light. Decorated in neutral colours with a full wall dedicated to floor to ceiling wardrobes; it’s a little haven up here. Step into the modern sumptuous en-suite, and wash away any stresses. There are 3 further double bedrooms for your growing family or for guests that wish to stay to revel in the quiet countryside surroundings.
There are two accesses to the garden on either side of the house. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a wall that once offered privacy from the church. Laid predominantly to lawn, it also has a good sized patio area for your gatherings, a greenhouse to grow some veggies and a log store. The home studio is peaceful and quiet so you won’t be getting disturbed, even if the little ones are bouncing on the trampoline. The cabin is a three roomed space with office, home gym and a store. This is a garden for entertaining your family, a place for a barbecue and a game of badminton. Little Orchard is a place to call home.
- Three words : Countryside. Village. Greenery.
