Mike thinks:
The finish of this house is immaculate. Simply turn the key, hang your art and call this place home.

A spacious semi-detached townhouse that oozes modern style and sits just a stone’s throw from an array of amenities in sought-after Newport.

Mike loves:
The low maintenance garden. It's the perfect spot for drinks with friends.

This gorgeous semi-detached home boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a stylish recently updated kitchen and a large reception room as well as two dedicated parking spaces and a sunny garden that effortlessly connects to the interior.

Heading into the welcoming entrance, you’ll find a bright and airy hallway with plenty of space to drop off coats and kick off shoes before entering the immaculate kitchen to the left. Recently fitted with stylish grey shaker units, there’s plenty of cupboard and worktop space, and the current owners have thoughtfully rearranged the layout to allow extra space for a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. With a gas hob, double oven, spacious sink and wine rack, this perfectly designed space is every modern chef’s dream. The neutral colour palette throughout, even on the tiled floor and walls, provides a calming space that turns cooking weeknight suppers and weekend brunches into a way to unwind with friends and family.

At the rear of the home is the open-plan living and dining room, which is bathed in natural light thanks to the large French doors. Recently decorated in a neutral palette, the ambience continues throughout the home. Throw open the double doors in the warmer months to enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living. There’s plenty of space here for two sofas and a large family table, so there’s enough room for all the family to gather together and catch up on the day.

The first floor is comprised of two generous double bedrooms, each with dual aspect windows, and a sleek family bathroom with a full sized bath and fresh neutral tiles. Bathed in natural light, the rear L-shaped room lends itself to being used as a home study/office whilst still having enough room for a double bed. This flexible space would also make a great nursery, guest room or even a walk in wardrobe if desired. Sitting on the bright and airy second floor, the spacious main bedroom features custom fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, offering all the storage solutions a modern family would need. Sink your feet into the newly laid deep pile grey carpet that offers a touch of luxury through the space, along with the relaxing hotel-like décor. The luxury continues in the stylish en-suite bathroom which benefits from an electric shower and large sink.

Outside, the immaculate low maintenance garden features artificial grass and a large shed with power, a handy work station and plenty of storage. This could be converted into a stylish outdoor bar perfect for al-fresco with friends, or even a tranquil home office. Through the rear gate, you’ll find two designated parking spaces and to the front of the home there’s even a small fenced garden with a picket gate.

Sitting within a lovely community that is just a stone’s throw from local shops and amenities, Lysaght Avenue offers modern, flexible living and would make a wonderful home for the discerning house hunter.
