The location is great.
The impressive property is entered through an inconspicuous front door on Mary Street and you enter into a vast entrance space that may have originally been two workshops. This space has been brought up to modern standards but would still be perfect for someone who wants to live and work from home.
The kitchen is a wonderful social space and has fantastic volume; with light filtering through the impressive glass wall that spans two floors. There is an effortless connection to the courtyard garden where there is a real sense of tranquility.
Head up the industrial stairs from the kitchen and onto the first floor where you find a reception room over-looking the courtyard. The high ceilings and epic window gives this a NYC loft vibe and is the perfect space for either entertaining friends or curling up with Netflix after a long day.
