Located in sought-after Jubilee Park and offered with no chain, this home has the wow factor and then some. Step inside and be prepared for a smorgasbord of delights. Throughout this chic abode, you’ll find incredible attention to detail and immaculate presentation, combined with light and airy spaces.
Extending a very stylish welcome to No.23, the hall features a sophisticated taupe palette, which flows amongst its half panelled wall, large tiles and carpeted stairs. There's a downstairs WC with cream metro tiles, bronze wallpaper and complementary copper pipe accessories, and natural daylight filters into the space.
The open plan designer kitchen was just made for entertaining. Statement high gloss cabinets ooze sophistication in smoked grey. An array of integrated appliances includes an eye-level oven, bean-to-cup coffee machine (with WiFi so you can programme it whilst in bed!) and a wine cooler to keep that sauvignon blanc nicely chilled. There's even two drawers perfecting for warming plates or proving dough.
Friends will love to gather around the large kitchen island over drinks and nibbles. It features a light quartz worktop, inset sink, dishwasher and Quooker tap for the ultimate in hot and chilled water convenience. There's additional dining and entertaining space too as it flows seamlessly into the extension with stunning herringbone oak effect flooring in ash underfoot. Light pours in and dances around, whilst bi-fold doors bring the outside in and frame the rear garden. Customised plantation shutters give serious Raffles vibes. We love the versatility of this whole space, with its relaxed seating area, dining space (or dance floor!) and home office zone.
The living room is as spacious as it is stylish. Sink your toes into the carpet and kick back on the sofa. A bay window and recessed lighting intertwine natural light with a relaxing ambiance. But it's the built-in media wall with mood lighting and breathtaking, full width electric fire that will have you smitten. Movie night sorted. Pass the popcorn, please.
On the first floor you'll find two generous double bedrooms, both light and airy with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage. There's a single bedroom too, a great space for children or guests. The family bathroom is fully equipped with grey tiles and a bath with shower.
The cosy carpets continue from the first floor up to the second, where there is one spacious bedroom with of plenty of space for a range of bedroom furniture. On this floor this is also a study which is bathed in sunlight, thanks to the skylight in the vaulted ceiling. This space benefits from a separate bathroom with a vaulted ceiling, skylight and calming cream wall tiles, and is currently being renovated with a luxurious freestanding bath and a shower.
The garden is low maintenance with an artificial lawn leaving more time to enjoy your outside space. There's room for a hot tub and we can think of no better place to watch a summer of sport than on the outdoor television. There's side access to the garage here and the double drive. As parking is at the rear, muddy boots and paws can be hosed down at the back door.

An up and coming area...
Sitting on the outskirts of Newport, but close by to Bristol and Cardiff, is Rogerstone. Home to the award-winning Welsh brewery Tiny Rebel, which was conjured up by two brothers in their dads garage, this place is forever becoming more exciting.
The area is home to the gorgeous Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, which is an idyllic place to mooch around on foot or wheels – time stands still and history overwhelms. The locks have been restored and the Café at the visitor centre is a popular point to congregate and natter over a latte.
Rogerstone is perfect for families as it’s home to a selection of great primary schools. It’s not uncommon for people move to the area just for this reason, especially Bassaleg High School. Catchment plays a big role in whether your child can attend the school, and with education being a high priority for many of our buyers. Mount Pleasant Primary is another notable mention, which made the papers in 2014 when Barack Obama famously paid it a visit.
The area has two train stations, Rogerstone and Pye Corner, which both have lines that run to Cardiff.
