Whitnash [at the White Ash] is a lovely historic town. St Margaret’s Church, the focal point of the old village, dates back to Saxon times and still stands strong in the heart of town. Twinned with both Weilerswist, Germany and Villebon-sur-Yvette, France, Whitnash too has it’s very own Petanque team and home to Mallory Court Hotel & Spa.

There is a choice of great schools for kiddiwinks of all ages, a library, a convenience store, not to mention a 17th century pub. Mr Clarke is particularly fond of his Sunday morning round of golf at his local Leamington and County Golf Club whilst Mrs Clarke prefers a knock at Tennis at the local Sports and Social. Whitnash is surrounded by breath-taking countryside with some lovely walks on hand if you just fancy a stroll or breath of fresh air to blow away the cobwebs. Try out Whitnash Brook, a 2km wildlife corridor, where you’ll spot clusters of dragonflies in the height of summer.

Well connected? Leamington is super well connected. The M40 nips past to Birmingham, Oxford and London; Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry are a 20-min drive away; Birmingham 40 mins.
