Preston Avenue offers spacious proportions and a variety of period features. The high ceilings throughout the home create a bright and airy atmosphere that complements the contemporary interior design.

As you step inside this inviting home, you'll be struck by the stunning staircase that serves as the centerpiece of the hallway. What's more, the hallway also offers plenty of storage, designed to ensure that clutter is kept to a minimum.

The front reception room is an absolute showstopper, boasting a bay window that floods the space with an abundance of natural light. But wait, there's more! This room has a hidden surprise - it's a cinema too! So, whether you want to curl up on the sumptuous sofa and lose yourself in the latest blockbuster or gather your friends and family for a movie night to remember, this room has got you covered.

The second reception room that is tucked away within the expansive open-plan kitchen area, is another generous living space that oozes charm and comfort. As you step onto the warm wooden floor, you'll notice the elegant dado and picture rails that frame the walls, The fireplace is home to a warming log burner that will keep you snug and toasty on those chilly nights.

Making your way to the centre of the home is the bright, open plan kitchen that is the heart of the home. It’s a foodie’s dream with large induction hob, multiple ovens, and integrated appliances. Light grey gloss units, quartz worktops and grey wood effect flooring all add a luxurious feel to this space, with a large breakfast bar at the hub which seats three people. This is where you’ll find your guests, day or night – from coffee through to cocktails. Quite simply, if you love entertaining, this space was made for you.

A wonderfully cosy seating area with an attractive stone effect wall also sits within this space, where guests can lounge while the resident chef cooks up a storm. A striking chimney centre piece acts as a focal point, while fresh white walls help keep the space light and bright.

Just next door is the conservatory/dining room, with plenty of space for a large dining table. Double doors open out onto the garden, and the space flows seamlessly into the outside, perfect for summer barbecues and evening drinks in the warmer months. There’s also a handy separate WC and utility with access to the rear garden, perfect for muddy paws and wellies.

In keeping with the interior throughout, each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated. The main bedroom to the front of the home is lovely and bright thanks to the beautiful bay window and offers plenty of storage in the form of built in wardrobes. This space also benefits from a walk in wardrobe and it’s own private en-suite, a gorgeous tiled shower room. The three remaining bedrooms are all a generous size and share a family bathroom just off the landing. In the newly renovated bathroom, there’s a large jacuzzi style tub, shower and vanity sink unit with light up mirror.

Outside the garden invites you to indulge in sun-kissed afternoons and tranquil moments of repose. With a sprawling deck that's tailor-made for dining al fresco or immersing yourself in a captivating novel, this idyllic retreat is the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Along the borders, raised planters overflow with vibrant plants and for grill enthusiasts, a top-of-the-line, built-in BBQ promises endless culinary adventures.

As you wander to the front of the house, you'll be greeted by an array of mature plants and flowers that beautifully line the driveway. Not only does this add to the charm of the home, but it also provides convenient off-road parking, complete with an electric vehicle charger.
