Mr Clarke thinks :
All the work’s done and I’m a stroll away from Tiny Rebel Brewery. What’s not to love about it?
A stylish three bedroom home in a great location. Whether you are a discerning couple, growing family or a downsizer, you’ll enjoy this home. In short, this home is a comfortable, bright and happy place to be.
As you enter, you’re welcomed with a bright and airy hallway with enough space to pop your shoes and bags down. Head into the new white gloss luxe feel kitchen to make a brew before heading into the living room. The monochrome theme here is sophisticated and chic, so it’s a great place to get you in the entertaining mood whilst prepping.
The utility room is a great addition. You can pop an American fridge freezer in here as well as a tumble dryer. We reckon we’d use it as a a wine store, so that we could grab one on our way out into the garden.
Mrs Clarke loves :
The quaint garden where I can enjoy a cuppa in the afternoon light.
Outside there’s a gate that leads into the garage - a great space for storage or parking - as well as the lush lawn and patio area. The shed can host all the tools you’ll need.
Upstairs you’ll find two generous double bedrooms, and a further single room which would be the perfect working from home spot or walk in wardrobe - fancy! The bathroom is a place of dreams where you can soak away the day. Everything is new, clean and refreshing.
Everything about this home makes life easier. Having a simple layout and all the rooms you need just makes sense here. You're close by friendly neighbours, great schools and local shops. Welcome home.
- Three words : Happy. Vibes. Home.
Our favourite part
The space and ambience...we couldn't choose!
An upcoming, hip area...
Sitting on the outskirts of Newport, but close by to Bristol and Cardiff, is Rogerstone. Home to the award-winning Welsh brewery Tiny Rebel, which was conjured up by two brothers in their dads garage, this place is forever becoming more exciting.
The area is home to the gorgeous Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, which is an idyllic place to mooch around on foot or wheels - time stands still and history overwhelms. The locks have been restored and the Café at the visitor centre is a popular point to congregate and natter over a latte (which is actually very nice).
Rogerstone is perfect for families as it's home to a selection of great primary schools. It's not uncommon for people move to the area just for this reason, especially Bassaleg High School. Catchment plays a big role in whether your child can attend the school, and with education being a high priority for many of our buyers. Mount Pleasant Primary is another notable mention, which made the papers in 2014 when Barack Obama famously paid it a visit.
The area has two train stations, Rogerstone and Pye Corner, which both have lines that run to Cardiff.
