Mr Clarke thinks :
The location is perfect for popping into central, as well as browsing the local markets on the weekend.
Perfect proportions are the order of the day with this grand Victorian conversion. On one of the loveliest roads, bordered by a belt of mature trees in Anerley, sits this two double bedroom flat which is simply the perfect pad for sharers or a young family. Being a stone throw away from Anerley's overground station means you can be anywhere and everywhere in no time!
Both bedrooms are larger than the average and of equal size, so no arguing over who gets which room! The larger than average theme continues in the lounge where there is plenty of space to work, rest and play. If there’s more than one of you in, then there’s enough space for everyone to be doing something different. The kitchen looks onto the huge communal garden. We can’t wait to entertain friends and family…they’ll want to keep coming back.
Mrs Clarke loves :
This is such a lovely home with positive vibes. What's not to love?
The pretty street and surroundings, grand frontage and kerb appeal make this an outstanding home for the discerning buyer. The flat has been beautifully finished with natural tones and wood flooring throughout, ready for the new owner to move in and enjoy.
- Three words : Spacious. Village. Home.
Our favourite part
The warm interiors and friendly community compliment one another.
Samos Road sits within a lovely quiet residential area, yet close to all the action. Just a short walk away you can enjoy a pint at The Anerley Arms, or if you fancy something a bit more crafty, then enjoy a few at the Douglas Fir. The guys at The Gipsy Hill Brewery are absolutely killing it with their delicious craft beers.
Crystal Place is just a quick bus ride away and it just keeps growing in popularity. Recent years have seen an abundance of new indie shops and restaurants opening up, alongside some longstanding institutions such as the lovely Joanna’s and Urban Orient, arguably two of the best eats in SE19.
Want to escape the crowds, then head over to Crystal Place Park and enjoy the fantastic views, the quirky Victorian dinosaur sculptures or sip a coffee from the most architecturally exquisite park café in London - Brown & Green. We wish every Park Café was like this!
- Closest village/town: This is the perfect village vibe, however you are super close to central.
- Stores: Oh we love a bit of the triangle which is nearby. Think indie shops and cafes.
- Pubs: You can’t beat a pint of Hepcat or a Baller.
- Council Tax Band: D.
- Local Authority: Bromley.
- Tenure: Leasehold.
