It's a large house, there's a sunny garden, plus I can cycle all the way to town along the Greenway and I get my own study and garage.
Set in one of the best spots at Meon Vale, 15 Sapper Close is a fabulous double-fronted 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home with style and space ready to move straight into.
Originally developed by Charles Church, the house has a wonderfully spacious and light-filled entrance hall off which the rooms to the front have fantastic views to The Greenway and the surrounding mature trees. The setting and views make the study an ideal and peaceful space to work, whilst the playroom is a great place for the children just to be kids or, if you prefer some more grown up space, it could just as easily be used as a separate dining room.
The super open-plan kitchen dining space to the rear of the ground floor comprises everything you would need for day-to-day living and entertaining. The kitchen has AEG appliances throughout with a built-in fridge freezer, microwave, double oven, extra-large hob and an abundance of units under granite work surfaces together with a breakfast bar for that all important mid-morning coffee. Flowing from the kitchen is the large light filled dining area, large enough for an impromptu party, with its French doors taking you straight out into the large, secure garden.
The separate lounge is a great sized dual aspect room with room for all the family and its own French doors out to the patio area with garden beyond.
Also downstairs are a cloakroom/ WC, an under-stairs cupboard currently housing a fantastic shoe closet and off the kitchen is a generous utility room with a separate sink and cupboards as well as its own handy side entrance to the house from the parking and garage area so you can easily unload your weekly shop without traipsing through the house.
Mrs Clarke says :
I love the views, as well as the huge master bedroom and separate playroom - its big enough for all of us!
Upstairs the master bedroom is a show stopper spanning the full length of the house with views to the front and the garden to the rear, a superb separate dressing area incorporating two built-in double wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There are two further generous double bedrooms (one with its own additional en-suite, one with fitted wardrobes), a family bathroom, linen cupboard and a nursery/ single room all off the spacious gallery landing.
Outside there is a block paved private drive and parking area in front of the double garage. The house is also wired up with a Visonic alarm system and security cameras - perfect if you’re other half works away a lot just to give you complete peace of mind.

Stratford Upon Avon
Bursting with culture, cafés and class
Stratford upon Avon is a world-renowned destination for those seeking culture, but what is it like for the locals?
"We love living here. When you scratch away the tourist veneer you find a buzzing town with a real sense of community", explains one local we bump into at The One Elm pub.
Let's split Stratford into two: The Everyday and The Special Occasions.
Mr Clarke will give you the run down of what you need to know for every day life;
You have every supermarket within walking distance of the town centre - If I want gin or nappies I head to Aldi, a posh meal deal I go to M&S, the weekly shop Tesco and everything in between I try to keep it local at the weekly market.
Schools? There are as many great school options as there are supermarkets. From the outstanding Stratford Primary & Broad Street School to Stratford Prep, KES, Shottery and Stratford High.
Everyday life and whatever your preferences are - Stratford has it covered.
Now onto the fun bit. Here are Mrs Clarke's tips...
Favourite restaurant - Salt is a small but perfectly formed place for a romantic meal or a night out with Mr C!
Best night out -Drinks at the Townhouse, a play at the theatre, a drink at The Dirty Duck and sleep at Hotel Du Vin
Weekends are spent - playing tennis, lunch at One Elm, feeding the ducks with the kids then the Everyman cinema.
Top tip - the antiques at Bonds just outside of town are fab and the curry at Aladins in Tiddington are amazing.
Historic past, with a fantastic future; from festivals and plays to great shopping, huge range of restaurants and surrounded by beautiful countryside – what’s not to like?
- Closest village/town: Stratford is surrounding by picturesque villages or and both Warwick and Leamington Spa are within a short drive.
