The outside entertaining space and hot tub
£600k-£625k - Ideally located on Shipbourne Road in Tonbridge, this home is coming to the market for the first time since being built. Inside is a lovely family home which offers spacious and light-filled rooms including a generous kitchen/diner opening into a beautiful conservatory and three double bedrooms. Outside there’s luscious gardens perfect for the kids to play in, and a large driveway for two cars, as well as a garage which you could easily turn into a studio, cinema room, or just use as storage for all your garden supplies.
You are welcomed home through a delightful enclosed porch as you step into the hallway. Turn right and you’ll find the large kitchen and breakfast room; perfect space for the family to spend time and benefits from integrated appliances and a range cooker. Here you can fling the doors open and effortlessly make your way through to the gorgeous garden. The separate sitting room has a feature gas fireplace makes this room feel cosy, and the further double doors leading to the conservatory make the space feel airy. If you need a quick break from working in the study, then this is the ideal place to relax and admire your garden throughout all seasons. You can even sip tea whilst keeping an eye on the little ones playing - handy! Better still there’s a separate utility room and a downstairs cloakroom; you’ll find plenty of storage and useful additions in this home.
Back to the hallway and up the staircase you’ll find three double bedrooms. The large master bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom (if you’ve been counting you’ve probably figured out there’ll be no queues or arguments) and a storage cupboard on the landing. We see an exciting opportunity for a discerning family to enjoy the house as it is now or to create a new home fit for a modern lifestyle.

The bright kitchen and dining area
You can easily move straight into this home. The interiors are clean and neutral and it is a private and safe space for children. We briefly mentioned the rear garden which has a patio area perfect for entertaining, but we didn't tell you there's a hot tub that's included in the purchase price! There are lovely borders and planting everywhere you look. The secluded, picturesque front garden wraps around the side of the house too so this is a green haven. There is a rear gate the leads to the garage and off street parking which makes family life practical and easy.
- Style : A large detached home with space and style
- Highlights : Lovely kitchen/diner, three double bedrooms, ample off street parking with added greenery
- Three words : Wonderful. Family. Home.

Local Life in Beautiful Tonbridge
We love Tonbridge in so many ways as it really does offer a little bit of everything! During the week we love to grab brunch at either Finch House or Beyond the Grounds who both offer delicious tasting coffee and a range of tasty breakfasts. For a late lunch, we enjoy popping into The Gatehouse - it's buzzing at weekends and offers a comprehensive cocktail menu, if that’s your thing! For a great meal out I can’t recommend Havet enough – It’s a swanky Turkish restaurant that makes you feel like you’re dining up in the City. If you go here, don’t hesitate to try the mezze dishes as they really are to die for.
Weekends are for fun...you're spoilt for choice in Tonbridge. Jump In is an indoor trampolining paradise (whether you have kids or not)! If trampolining isn’t your thing then try out Mr Mulligans – a new crazy golf course - it won’t fail to impress. There’s also the Angel Centre with a range of indoor facilities including a swimming pool, so if you visit Tonbridge there’s always something to do.
If you’d rather do something a little more “slow paced” then head up to the famous Tonbridge Castle for a quiet picnic or even hire a small boat and sail down the river (remember to pack extra clothes just in case). The river flows down and through Haysden Country Park with acres of open countryside to explore plus an outside park for the whole family.
