Luxurious design with a top-notch spec, well situated in a popular Leicestershire village.

If homes were jelly beans, we’d be gobbling up this home in an instant. Last chance to be part of this exclusive development in the Leicestershire village of Whitwick. But be quick! Opportunities this sweet tend to be snapped up

Beth loves:
Everything about this gorgeous collection of homes exudes quality. What’s not to love?

Dieu Brook is a select development of just seven contemporary homes, all spread over three levels, providing masses of flexible family space. Both available plots within this very special collection have four bedrooms, and feature upside-down configurations to make the most of the superb views.

You’ll find parking is effortless on the double driveway. And the design of the home is as stylish on the outside as the inside. Crisp white render contrasts against an array of über modern grey windows. And the generous amount of glazing ensures the interior is bathed in natural light.

There’s something rather wonderful about a blank canvas just awaiting a host of memories to be made. But one thing is for sure. Your home is finished to an exacting standard, for the most discerning of buyers. There’s also a 10-year premier guarantee for complete peace of mind.

The double height hallway is just stunning. What an entrance. Rooflights draw the eye ever upwards to light which streams through. It’s bright and airy and there’s storage aplenty but you’d never know – the understated clean lines ensure everything is kept neatly concealed and clutter-free. The craftsmanship throughout is exceptional, from quality doors enrobed in oak to the sleek glass staircase, it’s all about the attention to detail.

Adjacent to the hall, you’ll find access to the integrated garage - so convenient at any time of year, but particularly when the weather is wet. And, if you choose to keep the car in here, the electric garage door ensures you stay dry even if you’re nipping out.

Three good-sized bedrooms feature on this floor, one of which is en suite, and there’s a family bathroom, tiled top to toe, with carefully curated fixtures and fittings.

The principal bedroom, more akin to a suite, expands across the entire first floor. The extensive space features a walk-in dressing area and fabulous en suite with wet room shower, double vanity basins and freestanding bath. All that’s missing here is a do not disturb sign, but that’s easily remedied.

When it comes to the latest blockbusters, simply venture downstairs to the lower ground floor. You’ll find your very own cinema room for all the atmosphere of the big screen without all the usual disruptions…we’re thinking seat kicking and chattering here! Just add a large bucket of popcorn for a truly authentic experience.

And, throughout this level, zonal underfloor heating provides the ultimate in energy efficiency, allowing you to zone off spaces as and when you desire.

The open plan kitchen and family room is capacious, modern and sleek, with integrated appliances serving even the keenest of chefs well. Everyone will make a beeline for the large island in the centre. Whether it’s for a morning cuppa or a ‘it’s five o’clock somewhere’ cheeky glass of fizz, it has an almost gravitational pull.

The vast space flows seamlessly through to the living and dining areas, where you can relax with the whole family after enjoying supper together. There’s a handy WC on this floor too and a utility room to keep your beautiful kitchen spick and span.

A double set of bi-fold doors open up fully onto the terrace and tiered garden, which drinks in elevated views of woodland. This landscaped slice of the outdoors means you can spend less time tending to the garden, and more time simply enjoying it from the get-go. Al fresco entertaining has never tasted so good.

Estate/Woodland Management
The development will not form part of a Management Company and there will be no structured service charge arrangements. Each property will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of areas within its title and there will be no common areas/lighting.

Each property will incorporate and be responsible for a small area of woodland, located to the rear of the development and the share allocated to each property will be the homeowner’s sole responsibility. It is anticipated that maintenance of the woodland will be infrequent, but interested parties are advised to make their own investigations, should there be concern.

Around Dieu Brook

The rather exclusive development of Dieu Brook is located in the Leicestershire village of Whitwick, close to the town of Coalville.

Connectivity to Ashby de la Zouch, Leicester and Nottingham is excellent, whilst Loughborough train station is around 9 miles away. East Midlands Airport is a mere 7 miles when international travel calls.

You’ll discover a super selection of schools nearby, from primary schools, to secondary and Sixth Form colleges. They range from Ofsted Good to Outstanding. And, of course, grammar and independent options abound as well.

There’s a good sense of community in Whitwick with a village coop, social club, doctors’ surgery, churches and various inns. The Black Horse has a dog friendly beer garden and the historic Three Horseshoes (known fondly as Polly’s) dates back to 1882.

Foodies will find an excellent selection of eateries within just a mile or two. Try Ruby’s for a tasty fish and chip supper and La Torre for an Italian feast.

The brand new Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre features a gym, fitness studios and swimming pool. There’s a sports hall for all manner of activities encompassing everything from badminton to volleyball, and even a clip ‘n’ climb.

And, for a day out with the children, The Hermitage Recreation Ground is wonderful, with a miniature railway, play area and duck pond fishing. Great to stretch legs of any number too! Pack a picnic and enjoy.
