Mr Clarke thinks :
It’s ready to move into….where do I sign?

The Chase is a luxury development of 7 individual apartments. This prestigious leafy road is an ideal location being a few minutes’ walk to the buzzing centre of Sutton Coldfield with its vast selection of restaurants, shops and a train station linking directly to Birmingham. Apartment 6 is a stunning 2 bedroom home boasting a large reception/dining room, opening onto a designer kitchen, a main bathroom, 1 ensuite, beautifully landscaped communal gardens and two car parking spaces. The quality of the development is exemplary.

If high tech is your thing you’ll love the attention to detail that has been given by providing intelligent automation incorporating wireless technology for centrally controlled lighting, heating and entertainment, all installed to make life easier for you. When you walk into the apartment the first thing you notice is the feeling of space. This is created by the spacious rooms and the abundance of natural light provided by the large windows located throughout the home. There is a natural flow that draws you to the open plan living area, vast enough for both living and dining space making it perfect for family gatherings and entertaining, there even a view over to Sutton park for you to enjoy.

Through the large oak doors off the living area to the bespoke kitchen with its large island, big enough to fit a few designer stools around so you can have company while you’re putting together a culinary delight. This is a sleek kitchen, impressively installed by Porcelanosa with an abundance of integrated appliances including that all important wine cooler. Mrs Clarke loves :
The luxurious feel to the home, she can't wait to show it off to her friends.

The luxurious theme continues down the hallway into the Master Bedroom and en-suite shower room which seems more like a boutique hotel than a normal home. A large window overlooks the delightful garden which fills the room with natural light adding to the sense of space. A further second bedroom is again spacious and airy with ample room for variety of furniture and a good-sized bed. For added storage there is a vast cupboard in the hallway that will totally satisfy your requirements. If you fancy a long soak the beautiful main bathroom can provide that, exclusively designed by Porcelanosa adding to that sense of indulgence that ruins throughout this apartment.

Outside you access the home via the remote-controlled gates and into the main entrance with communal staircase and a lift for when your shopping gets too heavy. There's a real sense of community here in this exceptional home, all provided for in a fabulous location.

Summary :

  • Style  :  Luxury open plan living.
  • Three words :  Quality. New. Luxury.

Our favourite part
Being in such a central location is ideal yet the quietness of the road and proximity to Sutton Park makes its also a real haven

Sutton Coldfield

Local Life

selling your house fast

An outsider maybe forgiven for thinking Sutton Coldfield is part of Birmingham due its 8 miles proximity to the city. But Suttonians are proud of their Royal Borough status and don’t see themselves as part of Brum at all and rightly so. It’s a town made up of several suburbs all with their own identity, making it truly unique.
Each of these distinct suburbs surrounds the heart of Sutton, its magnificent 2400-acre park, providing a wealth of activity for the its neighbours living nearby. Once the old hunting estate of Henry VIII, it’s now home to lakes, a tennis club, restaurants, a boating club, Exmoor ponies and the odd roaming cow or two! It’s special here.
Amongst the woodlands it’s hard to believe you are a few miles from the country’s 2nd city. Being the largest urban park in Europe you can see how it’s a big part of local life. It’s a great place to walk your dog and even when it gets crowded you can quickly bypass the beautiful lakes and find a secluded spot of tranquillity. And the best part is that if you get around your route quickly enough you can grab yourself a flat white at Blackroot Bistro. It’s incredible that all this is just a short stroll form the vibrant town centre full of shops, restaurants and bars.
But this isn’t the only gem on offer in the area. Just a few minutes away from the park gates are the many private roads of the jaw dropping houses that make up the Four Oaks Park Estate. I doubt there’s anywhere else quite like it in the rest of the country.

Sutton Coldfield is an old town which is reflected in the number of traditional period homes it has to offer. It’s an entrepreneurial type of place here, and always has been, with many independent business flourishing over the years. Having a thriving social scene is very much a part of a Suttonians lifestyle – they like to socialise! And with the many bars and restaurants it has to offer it doesn’t disappoint.
It’s clear to see why The Times newspaper in 2015 listed Sutton Coldfield in its top 20 family friendly towns to live in England: 2 grammar schools, 20 minutes to Town by rail (that’s Birmingham for the unenlightened) and within easy reach of the country’s motorway network – what’s not to like! Oh, and let’s not forget there’s been a Waitrose here forever!
It’s not a small place Sutton Coldfield, but it really has its own unique identity and a true sense of community, everybody really does know everyone – it’s all that socialising they do!
