The Brambles is wonderfully located, bounded by countryside yet in easy reach of village life and the urban centres of Warwick and Leamington. Your nearest train stations are Warwick Parkway and Balsall Common, just 10 minutes away by road. Central London is commutable in under 90 minutes and excellent road links mean that Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry are easily accessible for both work and pleasure.

For the essentials, head to the nearby villages of Shrewley or Hatton. Both are under 10 minutes’ drive and have a strong local community spirit. Or if an evening drink or Sunday roast are on the cards, The Falcon or the canal side Hatton Arms are both cosy country pubs well worth the visit. For outdoor family fun, Kenilworth Castle and Packwood House are both on your doorstep and ideal spots to let kids and or dogs roam free.
