Here you can ditch digital and enjoy watching the wildlife and the kids play (or enjoy al fresco dining with a glass of wine on a Summer’s evening).
The charming stone retaining walls look grand against the roses, fuchsia, honeysuckle, herbs and lavender. The top level paved terrace has raised vegetable beds and access to the driveway and garage. There is also gated pedestrian access to one side of the house which is useful.
At the rear of this wonderful garden, there is a detached garage and a driveway which provides ample parking, which can be accessed via a private road.

Ightham is a cute little place, where everyone is friendly and the quality of life is to be admired. When it comes to wellbeing, work up a sweat in CHALKBOX, or go for a hike up Oldbury Hill and treat yourself to a warm welcome at The Crown Point afterwards.
If you don't fancy cooking, head to The George and Dragon (you won’t miss it with its striking black-and-white Tudor facade) to try their eclectic menu of savoury dishes. Legend has it that this is where Guy Fawkes hatched his infamous Gunpowder Plot and was later captured after fleeing London when it failed.
Pop to Pratt contemporary for a bit of creative inspiration after you’ve dropped of your little ones at Ightham Primary School who have been labelled ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted for their early years. After school pick up, why not go for a trip top the Village Farm Shop - you’re sure to find some organic ingredients for tonight’s dinner!
There are multiple bus stops around the village so you can get to all the places you need to easily. We love visiting Ightham Mote, possibly one of the most interesting National Trust spot; there's a host of half term fun, Easter egg hunts and tree planting so there's plenty to get involved with.
