Mr Clarke thinks :
I’ve always wanted to live in a quaint, quiet mews!
Views of Shoreditch Church spire and the city's rooftops can be admired from this secluded, relaxed apartment. To enter this hidden gem, you enter through some stable doors which forms part of a lovely mews. Head up the staircase to the first floor, where you’ll find the front door.
The home itself is bright and airy, which you’ll soon realise as you step through the door into the hallway. Here you can see the semi-open plan kitchen and reception room. You’ll notice the exposed wooden floors, high ceilings and feature fireplace. This is a lovely bright room where you can host a dinner party, and afterwards wash up with great views out. Smart storage solutions decorate this home; like the ingenious peg board in the kitchen.
Mrs Clarke loves :
The simplicity of the space so I can put my own stamp on it.
Head down the corridor to find the two bedrooms either side. To the right is a bedroom with fitted wardrobes and glass bricks which filter natural light into the bathroom (but don’t worry - it’s all private!) Simplicity is the vibe here - and it spreads across to the second bedroom where you can inject your personal style.
The neutral decor throughout allows for your favourite books, interior decor pieces and soft furnishings to speak for themselves. You can move straight in, however if you wanted to some decorating, this home is the blank canvas to do so. You’ll have noticed that you’re overlooking the internal courtyard which is a great spot to socialise with your neighbours. If you’re wanting to head out, then you’re in a great spot to experience East London at it’s finest.

World leading creative businesses...
Welcome to London's new energetic cultural and business epicenter. We love this unique place for it's wonderful mixture of architectural styles, diverse, hip residents, and effervescent nightlife. Asides from being home to this beautiful home and the best shops...Shoreditch also hosts some of the best places to eat. Grab brunch at Ozone Coffee Roasters and explore the urban surroundings. On each street you'll find Georgian townhouses, lofts, and cutting edge new build developments.
Our perfect day consists of a visit to the Museum of the Home, and a fancy dinner at Brat (there's literally something for everyone here!) Having the Overground from Shoreditch High Street and Underground from Old Street & National Rail from Liverpool Street means you're super connected to The City of London. For the kids, Virginia Primary School is a great school and is super close to this home. To summarise: once the Hipster capital of the world, Shoreditch has now come of age.
