On a pretty cul-de-sac in West Kingsdown, you will find this gorgeous four bedroom home. It’s one of five other stylish houses on the private road. Windmill Grange is both functionally spacious as well as aesthetically beautiful. As well as being in a wonderful spot, this abode has a warm vibe. Head through to the dining area. It has space for a large table, and it’s flooded with natural light just like the kitchen next door.The incredible orangery links the kitchen and dining room together. Here is where we imagine star gazing or in the summer, entertaining guests and spilling onto the lawn. Off of here, there’s the utility room; perfect for laundry and storage. As well downstairs, there’s the lovely big living room boasts a feature gas fireplace and the study, which being used as a playroom currently but would make a perfect work-from-home space.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms and the family bathroom, with the Master benefiting from built in storage and an ensuite bathroom. The Master Bedroom is a stunning space with a large window. If you’re looking for even more space then you’re in luck. The annex is light and bright, and any guest will feel welcome. It even has it’s own shower room.
You’ll be pleased to hear that the cul-de-sac is accessed via electric security gates (although this area is truly lovely!) Outside, there is off street parking for multiple cars. There is a side access which leads to the rear garden with patio area for entertaining, flower borders and lawn beyond.

Beautiful village setting
West Kingsdown is a thriving village sitting on the edge of the North Downs with a local shop, pub and eateries, as well as a library and medical centre. The village is also close to the market town of Sevenoaks which offers a wide range of facilities including exclusive shopping and restaurants. There's a racing track at Brands Hatch which is less than a 5 minute drive away - perfect for birthday celebrations or to take up as a hobby. The stunning London Golf Club is a great spot too.
West Kingsdown has a village primary school as well as the Birtley House Independent School, with secondary schools nearby Sevenoaks. The nearest station is Swanley (which is less than a 7 mile drive) and will get you into the City in half an hour. So this home is perfect for commuters and day trippers too!
If you're staying closer to home at the weekend, then be sure to head to Twig and Spoon restaurant which is homemade cooking heaven...we recommend the brekky.
