The dining room is a gorgeous dinner party setting.
Drive through the secure gated entrance, off Widney Manor Road, and pull up to the elegant property. You instantly appreciate the quality of the craftsmanship and bucolic setting. The house was built on land acquired from Malvern Park Farm and the garden looks out onto the green spaces of Malvern and Brueton Park.
Internally this home has all the mod cons, stylish decor and space required by the discerning family. There is a great mix of vast open-plan areas to socialise and entertain in, as well as private rooms for work and solitude. The connection between inside and outside is a wonderful feature of the design as it allows the gorgeous garden to be used as an extension of the home.
Downstairs you find an impressive reception hall with cloakroom and storage off it. The large drawing room, with fireplace and window recess is perfect for entertaining. The dining room is ideal for formal gatherings but it could be transformed into a playroom or living room. There is also a study and a snug so mum can work from home and the kids can watch Netflix without interruption.
