A beautiful barn conversion
Yarlington Mill is a stunning barn conversion nestled in the heart of beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
The barn was built in 1841 and was been cleverly and sensitively converted in 2015 to create a spacious home full of style and character. The high ceilings and extensive glazing create rooms full of natural light The exposed beams and natural materials used throughout the interior create a subtle yet luxurious home.
The 2,800 square foot property is a mix of open-plan social spaces and private intimate rooms. There is a vast Dining Hall & Drawing Room are sociable areas that can be set up in a variety of ways - we love the flexibility created by the large proportions. The kitchen is flooded with natural light and there is an effortless connection with the Breakfast/sitting room where family can relax, work or sit and watch the cook of the house in action.
The utility room is large and well equipped and there is a door leading into the garden, which makes taking the washing out so much easier.
There is another room downstairs that has a variety of uses. The en-suite shower room lends the room be used as a guest bedroom but it could also be a study or a sitting room. We would probably have it set up as a study with a sofa bed for when family are staying.
